The HVOF Colloquium 2012 – where the specialists meet

The colloquium “High Velocity Oxy-Fuel Flame Spraying” has long established itself as the largest event in the world for this specialist field of thermal spraying. In November 2009, the colloquium in fact took place for the 8^th time. On 5-6 November, 420 participants from 23 countries gained new insights into the current status of HVOF and cold spraying by way of 25 technical presentations and 21 exhibitors, with Erding as its venue.

The development of this technology has made steady progress since then. New systems and research findings have opened up new application opportunities. The continued and growing need for economic and ecological solutions in surface engineering has also led to enhancements in conventional HVOF processes.

It is therefore high time to present these to you at the 9^th HVOF Colloquium 2012.
