After downloading, please print out, fill in and send the file
by post or fax to the
administration address.
Participants who register by 26 October 2012 will be listed
in the participants’ directory. This directory will be handed out together
with the conference proceedings at the beginning of the conference.

Colloquium fees include:

Conference proceedings (if not otherwise stated).

Lunch, coffee and buffet dinner with beverages (Day 1),

For registrations received well in time, conference tickets will be
sent out with the invoice.
Colloquium fees must be paid by the beginning of the conference at the
latest.
For transfer payments made shortly prior to the conference an authentic
credit slip
must be produced. If this slip cannot be produced, payment must be made at
the
conference office.

Cancellation
Please understand that a cancellation fee of 50 % of the attendance fee will be
charged for written cancellations made within 14 days of the colloquium. This fee will not be charged if a substitute participant is designated. For cancellations made on the day of the colloquium, or for non-attendance by a registered participant, the full attendance fee will fall due.
The conference program is subject to alterations. The organizer reserves
the right to cancel the colloquium. Fees already paid will be reimbursed. Participants are entitled to no further damages.

ATTENTION: Hotel reservations cannot be made via the organizers.
Participants must book their rooms directly by the date specified, quoting
the reference «HVOF».
