Information for exhibitors
The exhibition will take place in the foyer of the civic hall
(Stadthalle) in Erding during the entire colloquium. We are expecting around
400 international participants active in the field of applications, research
and thermals spray hardware and materials. The conference breaks, lunch,
dinner and the closing buffet on Friday will take place directly in the
exhibition area, and therefore provide the ideal setting for technical
exchanges and consultation between visitors and exhibitors.
Due to the size and facilities in the civic hall (Stadthalle) in Erding, the
number of booths and space per booth is limited!
Booth space:
2 x 2 m approx.; showcases, furniture etc. to be supplied by exhibitor.
Poster:
A display wall (approx. 2 m wide) is available at the back of the
booth for posters, etc.
Assembly/Disassembly:
Booth assembly should be completed on Wednesday 7 November 2012 between
12 midday and 6.00 p.m. Disassembly on Friday after the colloquium.
Booth equipment:
Tables for brochures, etc. can be provided at a small fee if required.
Booth staff:
The booth fee covers admission for 1 booth attendant, incl.
board on both days (excluding participation in the conference!). For
additional booth staff
(up to 2 maximum), 150 euros per person will be charged.
Booth fee:
900 euros (plus VAT only in Germany)
